Asia is the largest and most populous continent in the world and Christians in Asia live as a small minority of less than 3 percent. In spite of their tiny percentage, Christianity in Asia has a bright prospect that Asia is to become one of the largest Christian population in the world, on pace to eclipse Europe in the next 30 years accroding to some sources. Asia is also called the continent of diversity. It is a world of diverse ethnic groups, cultures, religions, environments, economics, histories and government systems. Christians in Asia live in this multi-racial, multi-cultural, and multi-religious world. Doing theology in Asia is deeply related with its diverse contexts. Asian theologians can give us refreshing inspiration and insights how to do theology in the diverse society, especially in non-biblical world.Termine
